Ayah 1
Have not We expanded for you your breast?
English - Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? .
Ayah 2
And We removed from you your burden
English - And We removed from you your burden .
Ayah 3
Which weighed upon your back,
English - Which had weighed upon your back .
Ayah 4
And We raised high for you your reputation
English - And raised high for you your repute. .
Ayah 5
So indeed, with the hardship (is) ease.
English - For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. .
Ayah 6
Indeed, with the hardship (is) ease.
English - Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease. .
Ayah 7
So when you have finished then labor hard.
English - So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. .
Ayah 8
And to your Lord turn your attention.
English - And to your Lord direct [your] longing. .
